Operations LeadLaura is Operations Lead at Valureon Global and coordinates the day-to-day workflows that keep the platform running smoothly. She works across teams to ensure that trade capture, reconciliations, cash movements and investor instructions are processed accurately and on time.
Reporting into the COO organisation, Laura manages a team of operations specialists and maintains detailed process documentation. Her work helps ensure that Valureon’s daily interest framework is supported by clear procedures and reliable controls from end to end.
Operational Experience
Laura has spent her career in investment operations and middle-office roles, with experience in reconciliations, client reporting, static data management and process improvement projects. She has worked on both business-as-usual activities and change initiatives, giving her a practical view of how new ideas need to fit into existing systems.
At Valureon Global, Laura is responsible for daily control checklists, incident tracking and the coordination of operational enhancements. She collaborates closely with technology and product teams when new features are introduced, making sure that operational impacts are understood and adequately tested before go-live.
