Getting started is simple. As an individual investor, you:
- Register with your email address and confirm your account.
- Complete any required identity checks (KYC), if requested.
- Make your first deposit using one of the supported payment methods.
- Review the “Investment Plans” / “Available Offers” section and select a plan that fits your budget, goals and time horizon.
Once your investment is confirmed, your funds begin earning daily interest according to the terms of the selected plan, and you can track everything in real time from your dashboard.
Corporate and institutional clients follow a dedicated onboarding process:
- Submit a corporate registration request via our website or contact form.
- Provide the required company documents (such as certificate of incorporation, proof of registered address and authorized signatory details).
- Complete KYC/AML checks for the entity and key individuals.
Once approved, Valureon Global sets up a dedicated corporate user panel for your organization, with tailored limits, reporting, and user-role management designed for finance and treasury teams.
Yes. You may hold an individual account in your own name and a separate corporate account on behalf of a company, provided all onboarding and KYC/AML requirements are met. Each account is managed, monitored and assessed independently.

We manage the strategies and infrastructure; you choose the plans that match your objectives and

Our teams combine market data, portfolio analytics, quantitative models, and technology (including automated tools and algorithmic engines) to design each investment plan. We monitor markets and plan performance continuously and review plans regularly to keep them aligned with our internal risk and return frameworks.
The complex work happens behind the scenes. Clients simply choose among the available plans; our systems handle trade execution, monitoring and daily interest calculation according to the plan’s terms.
Investing always involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Valureon Global is not a bank, and investments are not guaranteed. However, we design our platform and processes to be secure, transparent and professionally managed.
We apply internal controls, monitoring, and risk frameworks to the strategies we operate and to the way client balances are handled. You remain in control of your account and are able to review your positions, daily interest and transaction history at any time from your dashboard.
Valureon Global offers a range of daily-interest investment plans with different durations, expected returns, minimum investment amounts and features. All current plans are listed in the “Investment Plans” / “Available Offers” section of your user panel.
You can compare key details such as term, minimum investment, daily interest rate and any plan limits, then build a combination of plans that matches your objectives and risk tolerance.
Yes. Your user dashboard provides full visibility over:
- Active investment plans and their daily interest.
- Total profits/returns credited to date.
- Deposit and withdrawal history.
- Transfers between your sub-balances (for example, investment and main account).
You may also receive email notifications at key stages, such as when an investment is created, daily interest is credited or a withdrawal request is processed.
Profits/returns (daily interest) are calculated automatically by our systems based on the terms of each plan. The calculation engine runs regularly (for example, approximately every two hours) and credits your earnings to your account in line with the plan rules.
As a simple illustration, if you start a plan at 02:10, your daily interest is typically credited every day within a time window close to that (for example, between 02:10–04:10), subject to system processing and network conditions. All credited interest is visible in your dashboard and forms part of your main balance when transferred from the investment sub-balance.
The timing of capital return depends on the specific plan. Many plans return your full capital at the end of the plan term, together with the final day’s interest. The term and capital treatment are clearly described in each plan’s documentation before you invest.
Valureon Global does not deduct performance fees from your capital or your daily interest for standard plans. However, external providers such as banks, payment processors or blockchain networks may charge their own fees for deposits or withdrawals, which are outside our control.
Yes. Your main account balance is your wallet within Valureon Global. It includes:
- Deposited funds that are not yet allocated to a plan.
- Daily interest that you have transferred from investment plans.
- Capital returned from completed plans.
- Bonuses or other credits, where applicable.
You can request a withdrawal of your available main balance at any time, subject to standard limits, KYC/AML checks and system availability. Funds that are locked inside an active investment plan follow that plan’s terms and may not be withdrawable until the conditions for capital return are met.
You can move profits/returns from your investment sub-balance to your main balance:
- Manually at any time, 24/7, from your dashboard.
- Automatically by setting a threshold rule (for example, “transfer when this plan’s profit reaches X USD”).
Once transferred to your main balance, funds become immediately available for withdrawal or re-investment into new plans.
Once profits/returns are in your main balance, you can:
- Withdraw them using your preferred withdrawal method, within the applicable limits.
- Re-invest by allocating them to new investment plans that match your objectives.
- Hold them in your wallet until you decide on your next steps.
You are always in control of how and when you use your available main balance.
To protect the platform and all investors, certain plans have per-user limits. For example, one plan might allow up to three active investments per user, while another may allow five. These limits help us manage capacity and risk at the plan level.
Any applicable limit is clearly shown in the plan description before you invest. If you reach the maximum number of active investments for a plan, you will not be able to open an additional position in that specific plan, but you can allocate to other suitable plans.
Yes. We periodically review and update plans based on market conditions, capacity, performance and internal risk assessments. New plans may be introduced and existing ones adjusted or closed to new subscriptions.
Importantly, any changes apply only to new investments. Once you invest in a plan, you lock in the terms that were in effect at the time of your investment. Your active plan continues under those terms until it ends. Any future investments you make follow the updated plan terms available at that time.
Yes. Investments can only be created through your secure Valureon Global dashboard. This ensures that:
- All instructions are authenticated and logged in your account history.
- You can monitor your investments and daily interest in real time.
- Your personal and financial data are handled within our controlled environment.
For your safety, never share your login details with anyone and never allow third parties to operate your account for you.
While no investment can be completely risk-free, Valureon Global follows a range of risk management practices designed to limit and manage potential losses. These include:
- Internal risk limits and exposure controls at plan and strategy level.
- Continuous monitoring of positions, liquidity and market conditions.
- Scenario analysis and stress testing of strategies.
- Operational and governance controls around how funds are handled and plans are operated.
Our objective is to run strategies within defined parameters and to maintain sufficient liquidity and operational capacity to meet our obligations to active investors.
If our monitoring indicates a heightened risk or stress scenario, Valureon Global may take measures such as:
- Temporarily pausing new deposits or new investments into some or all plans.
- Adjusting plan availability, limits or terms for new subscriptions.
- Focusing operational capacity on processing existing obligations in an orderly way.
Where practicable and in line with applicable laws and regulations, we aim to give investors clear communication and reasonable notice before significant changes, such as a full pause on new investments, are implemented.
Valureon Global operates under the laws of England and Wales and applies internal controls, monitoring and risk frameworks to the strategies it manages. However, we are not a bank, and investments on the platform are not deposits and are not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest.
You should only invest money you can afford to invest, and you should carefully review each plan’s terms, characteristics and risks before committing funds. If you require personalised advice, you should consult an independent financial adviser.
Valureon Global supports a range of funding methods, which may include:
- Major cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and others).
- Bank transfers or wire transfers, where available.
- Selected payment providers or e-wallets, depending on your region.
The exact list of supported methods for deposits is displayed in your dashboard and may vary by country, currency and account type (individual vs corporate).
To make a deposit:
- Log in to your Valureon Global dashboard.
- Go to the Deposit section.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit and follow the on-screen instructions.
Cryptocurrency deposits are usually credited within approximately 5–30 minutes after sufficient network confirmations. Other methods (such as bank transfers) depend on the processing times of banks and payment providers. Deposits can be initiated 24/7, though processing times may vary.
Depending on your region and account type, withdrawals may be available via:
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals to your own wallet.
- Bank or wire transfers to your verified bank account.
- Selected payment services or e-wallets, where supported.
Estimated processing times are shown in your withdrawal page. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are usually processed within minutes of approval (plus network confirmation time). Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days, and in some cases up to 3–7 business days depending on your bank, country and holidays.
To withdraw funds:
- Add and verify your withdrawal details (for example, bank account, payment wallet or crypto address) in your profile.
- Go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard.
- Select your withdrawal method, enter the amount and submit your request.
Withdrawals can be requested 24/7. Requests are processed in line with our internal procedures, security checks and applicable limits. You can track the status of each withdrawal directly from your account.
To maintain secure, orderly processing for all clients, we apply minimum and maximum limits per transaction:
- Minimum deposit per transaction: 50.00 USD
- Maximum deposit per transaction: 250,000.00 USD
- Minimum withdrawal per transaction: 50.00 USD
- Maximum withdrawal per transaction: 250,000.00 USD
Regardless of the payment currency you use, these limits are calculated based on the current exchange rate to U.S. Dollars (USD) at the time of processing.
In each rolling 24-hour period, the following limits apply per user:
- Individual clients: Daily total deposit limit: 250,000.00 USD Daily total withdrawal limit: 250,000.00 USD (you may reach this limit with a single transaction or multiple smaller transactions, as long as the total does not exceed 250,000.00 USD in 24 hours).
- Corporate clients: Daily total deposit limit: 1,250,000.00 USD Daily total withdrawal limit: 1,250,000.00 USD (for example, five deposits or withdrawals of 250,000.00 USD each would reach this limit).
Once you reach your daily deposit or withdrawal limit, you will not be able to initiate additional transactions of that type until the 24-hour period resets.
To keep processing efficient and secure, each investor can have up to:
- 3 pending deposit requests at the same time; and
- 3 pending withdrawal requests at the same time.
If you already have three pending requests of a given type (deposit or withdrawal), you must wait for one to be completed or cancel it before creating a new request of that type.
Yes, if this feature is enabled for your account, you can transfer funds to other Valureon Global users:
- Go to your dashboard and select the “Send Funds” option.
- Enter the recipient’s registered email address.
- Enter an amount between 10.00 USD and 5,000.00 USD.
- Confirm the transfer.
Transfers are free and usually processed instantly. Only send funds to people you know and trust, as you are fully responsible for any transfers you initiate to another account.
Valureon Global uses USD as its primary reference currency to help protect both investors and the platform from sudden fluctuations in local currencies. USD is widely used in global markets and international transactions and is considered a relatively stable reference point.
By presenting balances, plan terms and performance in USD, we offer a consistent and clear overview regardless of the currencies you use for deposits and withdrawals.
If you deposit or withdraw using a currency other than USD, the amount is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Your Valureon Global dashboard shows the equivalent value in USD.
This approach helps reduce the impact of currency volatility and keeps your account overview consistent and easy to understand.
You can manage your login details from the “Security” section of your profile:
- Change password: Select “Change Password,” enter your current password and set a new, strong password.
- Forgotten password: On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”, enter your registered email and follow the link sent to reset your password.
- Change email address: Select “Change Email,” enter your new email address and complete the verification steps. Once verified, your new email becomes your login email and the old one is no longer valid.
Where supported, you can link a social login such as Google or Facebook to your Valureon Global account for easier access:
- Go to your profile and open the “Security” section.
- Scroll down to the “Social Account” area.
- Connect your chosen Google or Facebook account.
For security reasons, you can link only one social account at a time (either Google or Facebook, not both simultaneously). If you want to change the linked account, disconnect the current one first and then connect the new one.
To further protect your account, Valureon Global provides:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Adding a second step to your login significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
- Login and activity alerts: Optional email notifications when new or unusual activity is detected.
- Activity log: In the “Activity” section of your profile, you can review details of your recent logins and sessions.
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA and regularly reviewing your activity log as part of your security routine.
If you lose access to your registered email or the device used for 2FA:
- Contact Valureon Global support using the official channels shown on our website.
- Provide the information we request so that we can perform security checks and verify your identity.
For your protection, account recovery may take some time, as we must ensure that access is granted only to the rightful account owner.
To keep your account secure:
- Never share your password, 2FA codes or recovery links with anyone.
- Do not allow third parties to control your device or your Valureon Global account.
- Always log in directly via the official Valureon Global website.
- Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure.
If someone claims they can invest on your behalf, promises extra bonuses or asks for your login details, they are almost certainly acting against your interests and may be attempting fraud. You should ignore such offers and never share access to your account.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prevent fraud, money laundering and misuse of the platform.
- Protect both Valureon Global and our clients.
The KYC process is usually completed within a short period after you submit the required documents. Once verification is complete, you have full access to all platform features within the limits applicable to your account type.
If you do not complete KYC, certain features – especially withdrawals, transfers and higher limits – may be restricted until the verification process is finished.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is handled using appropriate technical and organizational security measures and is used only for legitimate purposes such as KYC, compliance, account servicing and risk management.
Certain core details – such as your legal name, date of birth or primary identification data – may not be changeable after verification, except in specific documented circumstances. Other details, such as phone number, communication preferences or certain profile fields, can usually be updated from your account settings.
Yes. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account and invest on Valureon Global. Users under 18 are not permitted to register or invest.
If we determine that an account is being used by someone under 18, we may cancel active investments, return any remaining eligible balance to the verified owner (where lawful and possible) and then permanently close the account.
Each individual may hold one personal account, and each legal entity may hold one corporate account, unless Valureon Global explicitly agrees to a different arrangement in writing.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass system rules, limits or compliance controls is not allowed. If such behavior is identified, we may cancel active investments and permanently close the accounts involved.
If you receive suspicious messages, encounter a website pretending to be Valureon Global, or believe someone is attempting to scam you:
- Do not share any personal or login information.
- Do not send funds based on unofficial offers or promises.
- Take screenshots or notes of the suspicious activity if possible.
- Email us at [email protected] with full details so we can review the case.

- Notices and messages on the official Valureon Global website and dashboard.

We do not use unsolicited private messages or unofficial channels to ask you for login details, payments or sensitive information. If you are unsure whether a communication is genuine, please contact us through the official contact details on our website.
