Chief Operating Officer (COO)As Chief Operating Officer, Adnan Dagdelen is responsible for Valureon Global’s operating model and day-to-day execution. He ensures that platforms, processes and client service standards work together as one reliable system that can support growth without compromising oversight.
Adnan leads operations, middle-office functions and core support teams across the firm. His focus is to build efficient, resilient and scalable processes that allow investment and client teams to concentrate on their work while the infrastructure runs smoothly in the background.
Operations & Experience
Over his career, Adnan has managed operations and transformation programmes at regional and international financial institutions. His experience includes trade processing, reconciliations, client onboarding, data management and regulatory reporting, with a strong emphasis on automation and straight-through processing.
At Valureon Global, Adnan oversees operational resilience, business continuity and vendor management. He is responsible for procedures that support our daily interest framework, from transaction capture and balance calculations to payout instructions and client reporting.
