Job Description
The Operations & Process Optimization Consultant ensures that Valureon’s front-to-back processes are robust, efficient and scalable. You will review workflows across onboarding, trade execution, reconciliations, cash movements and client reporting, identifying opportunities to reduce risk and improve speed and quality.
This role combines process design, project management and stakeholder engagement to support our growth while maintaining institutional-grade standards.
Requirements
We are looking for a structured problem-solver with strong operations and change-management experience.
- 3+ years in operations, process improvement or consulting within financial services or fintech.
- Experience with workflow mapping, controls design and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with automation or digital-operations tools.
- Ability to work across teams and manage change in a structured, collaborative way.
Your work will help ensure that client activity is processed safely, consistently and efficiently.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing and implementing operational improvements across the platform.
- Map and document end-to-end operational processes, identifying gaps and control enhancements.
- Design and implement process improvements, KPIs and operational dashboards.
- Partner with technology teams to prioritise and deliver automation opportunities.
- Support incident management and root-cause analysis for operational issues.
