As a Client Onboarding & Success Consultant, you will ensure that every new Valureon client experiences a smooth, compliant and informative start to their investment journey. You will coordinate KYC/AML processes, guide clients through our digital platform and support them during the first months of their relationship with us.
Your role is central to building trust: you will set clear expectations, resolve early issues quickly and make sure clients understand how to use our tools, track daily interest and manage their portfolios.
Requirements
This role suits a service-oriented professional who enjoys combining operational discipline with direct client interaction.
- 2+ years in client onboarding, relationship management or customer-success in financial services.
- Working knowledge of KYC/AML standards and documentation requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a clear, professional communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases with high attention to detail.
By creating a positive first experience, you will support longer-term adoption and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You will be the primary point of contact for new clients from application through activation.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding workflows, from initial documentation to account activation.
- Educate clients on platform features, reporting tools and daily-interest plan mechanics.
- Monitor early-stage client activity and proactively address questions or obstacles.
- Capture client feedback and partner with product and operations teams to improve processes.
